Middle Cross-member Gusset Replacement

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations and precautions and procedures before performing repairs or service.

NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

1. Remove these items:

- Rear seat cushion and rear seat-back
- Rear side trim panel

2. Remove the gusset as shown.




3. Install the gusset in the reverse order of removal, and torque the mounting hardware in the following sequence to avoid damage to the quarter panel.
