Condition:
Signal from airflow housing potentiometer causes motronic engine control system to momentarily switch into the system limp home mode. Fault code of 2232 is obtained through vehicle self diagnostics.

Replace ECU P/N: 893 907 404 with new (Yellow Dot) ECU.

Note:
Before replacing motronic ECU Check air sensor plate potentiometer according to section 25.0 of the repair manual.
