Vehicle Speed Sensor/Transducer - Cruise Control: Service and Repair

WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE

NOTE: On air bag equipped vehicles, refer to "Air Bag Systems" for more information.

1. Vehicles with audio coded antitheft system refer to Radio/Stereo, Service Precautions. Service Precautions
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove speed sensor electrical connector.
4. Remove mounting screws, then remove sensor from vehicle.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
