Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair
Engine coolant shutoff valve -
Remove plenum tray.

Loosen cap on coolant expansion tank to release pressure.

Remove coolant hoses -B- leading to
heater core and plug hose connections.

Loosen hose clamps on intake and outlet of valve.

Remove hoses from valve.

Remove screw -A- and remove valve.
