Throttle Position Potentiometer Signal

CONNECTION
The Throttle Position Potentiometer Signal is connected to pin 47 of the TCM, the signal comes from the Engine Control Module terminal B-8.

SIGNAL USAGE
The signal from the throttle position potentiometer is digitalized (pulse width modulated) in the MPI control module and delivered to the TCM. The TCM uses the signal to help determine transmission shift points.
