Position Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

NOTE: The switch for the differential lock mechanism is installed in the cover of the rear center console with a trim panel.

- Carefully pry switch with trim panel from cover.
- Disconnect harness connectors.





- Insert small screwdriver between switch -A- and printed circuit board -B- (arrow).
- Turn screwdriver to release switch from front catch (arrow).
- Remove switch from trim panel.
Printed circuit board -B- should be removed from trim panel along with connector housing

INSTALLATION
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
