Ignition Lock Cable: Testing and Inspection

- Move selector lever to "P" position.
- Turn ignition key to full "off" position.
It must not be possible to move the selector lever into a drive position
Ignition key can be removed
- Turn ignition key to "on" position and move selector lever to drive position.
- Turn ignition key to full "off" position.
It must not be possible to remove the ignition key.
