Heater Box and Evaporator Housing, Overview:

1 - Heater core
2 - Heater box
3 - Clip
4 - Evaporator housing
5 - Footwell outlet duct
- Can be removed without discharging A/C system
6 - Seal

Evaporator Housing, Assembly:

1 - Fresh air intake duct
2 - Fresh air/recirculating flap vacuum motor
3 - Evaporator housing, upper half
4 - Evaporator
5 - Clip
6 - Intake ring
- Secured by tab on lower housing half to prevent rotation
7 - Evaporator housing, lower half
- Seal upper and lower housing halves with silicone rubber sealant during assembly
8 - Fresh air blower -V2-
- Can be removed without discharging A/C system
- Coat sealing surface to housing halves with silicone rubber sealant during installation
