Display group 011

^ The display groups 011 through 019 apply to driveability troubleshooting (idle problems and/or loss of power) and special component malfunctions.

Display Group 011 Overview:

Notes on display field 1:

^ At idle (CTP switch closed), an ignition timing point of 12° BTDC is displayed in "Basic Setting" function 04 and in "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08.

^ When engine speed (RPM) is increased (CTP switch open), the current ignition timing point without knock regulation and without ISC is displayed.

Notes on display field 2:

^ Idle speed control is active only when the CTP switch is closed.

^ Knock regulation begins when engine load is greater than 40% see display groups 013 and/or 014.

Notes on display field 3:

^ Idle speed control is active only when the CTP switch is closed (at idle) see display field 4.

^ Ignition timing point adjustment for idle speed control with the CTP open is 0.0° crankshaft.

^ Ignition timing point adjustment for idle speed control during "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08 at idle (CTP switch closed) and without electrical consumers on is 0.0 +/- 3.0° crankshaft.
