Fuel Distance/Mileage Module: Description and Operation

The Consumption Signal is connected to pin B 11 of the MPI control module, the signal is directional OUT only (PIN B 11 - OUTPUT ONLY).

The consumption signal is used for instantaneous fuel consumption data. It is calculated directly from the injection time and discharging rate of the fuel tank ventilation system.

The on-board computer uses the consumption signal for display of current and average fuel consumption values.
