Valve Clearance: Adjustments

This engine uses hydraulic valve lifters which are are non-adjustable. Noisy lifters may be replaced after the following check.
1. Run engine until radiator fan comes on at least once.
2. Raise engine speed to 2500 RPM, for two minutes.
3. If lifter(s) is still noisy, replace lifter(s) as necessary.
