Cause 2

(TT Coupe only between VIN: 8N11046716 and 8N11048543)

- Perform "Basic setting for window regulator motor, clearing" (see AESIS Repair Manual, Body Exterior; Repair Group 64, Glass, Window regulators, Door window, removing and installing).

With Basic setting cleared:

- Perform "Basic setting for window regulator motor, activating" (see AESIS Repair Manual, Body Exterior; Repair Group 64, Glass, Window regulators, Door window, removing and installing).

Note:
^ During procedure, doors must be closed and engine operating at idle.

^ The door window glass must contact upper door frame/(folding top) seal for window motor to "learn" the additional resistance.

With Basic setting activated:

- Validate door window operation with engine operating as follows:

Note:
Door window operation (opening/closing) must be performed using only the one-touch feature.

- Open and close door window one time in one-touch mode.

^ Window must not reverse direction.

- Lower window to half-open position.

- Close window in one-touch mode.

- Repeat above validation steps five (5) times.

When procedures mentioned do not resolve conditions, replacement of the power window motor will not resolve the issue.

The door / window components listed in table for the affected door must be replaced.
