Power Distribution Module: Service and Repair






Vehicle Electrical System Control Module

Removing

- If control module is replaced, select "Replacement" function for appropriate control module in "Guided Functions" routine Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system VAS 5051.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove driver's storage compartment.

- Remove nuts - arrows - and remove Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519) - item 1 -.





- Unclip fuse panels - 1 through 3 -.





- Release securing bracket at connector - item 4 - and remove.

- Disconnect electrical connectors - 5 - and - 6 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install driver's storage compartment.
