Fastener Tightening Specifications





Conventional pressure plate
Loosen and tighten bolts gradually in several stages and in a diagonal sequence

Self adjusting clutch, sachs
Install in all 6 bolts evenly by hand until bolt heads make contact with pressure plate
Tighten all six bolts consecutively in a clockwise direction and in steps of 90 degrees (1/4 turn) until the housing makes contact with flywheel

Clutch with SAC Pressure Plate
Install in all 6 bolts evenly by hand until bolt heads make contact with pressure plate.
Tighten all six bolts consecutively in a clockwise direction and in steps of 90 degrees (1/4 turn) until the housing makes contact with flywheel
