Connecting Rod Bearing Cap Bolts:
Replace
Tighten
50 Nm + 90° additional turn
Axial play:
New
0.20 to 0.27 mm
Wear limit
0.30 mm
Radial clearance:
Install
connecting rod bearing cap and tighten to 60 Nm. Do not turn
crankshaft.
New
0.020 to 0.069 mm
Wear limit
0.120 mm
