High Intensity Gas Discharge (HID) Lamp Control Module J343 / J344, Removing And Installing

CAUTION:
- HIGH VOLTAGE.
- Always disconnect negative ( - ) battery terminal prior to working on parts of HID headlamp components marked with yellow "HIGH VOLTAGE" warning symbols.

Removing
- Remove headlamp.







- Remove screws - arrows - .
- Remove control module - 1 - from headlamp housing.







- Disconnect adapter cable - 2 - for HID headlamp bulb at control module - 1 -.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- Check gasket between control module for HID headlamp bulb and headlamp housing.
- Install headlamp.
