1 Height Adjustment Motor

• Driver seat height adjustment motor (V245)

• Passenger seat height adjustment motor (V246)

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Driver and Front Passenger Height Adjustment Motors ] Power Front Memory Seats

2 Bolt

• 18 Nm

• Replace

3 Nut

• Clean the threaded bolt holes for self-locking nuts, for example using a thread tap.

4 Bolt

• 18 Nm

5 Seat Pan Lower Frame

6 Lower Seat Frame

7 Bolt

• Tightening specification => [ (Item 5) Bolt ] Lower Seat Frame Assembly Overview

8 Bolt

• Tightening specification => [ (Item 1) Screw ] Lower Seat Frame Assembly Overview

• Clean the threaded bolt holes for self-locking nuts, for example using a thread tap.

9 Bolt

• Tightening specification => [ (Item 1) Screw ] Lower Seat Frame Assembly Overview

• Clean the threaded bolt holes for self-locking nuts, for example using a thread tap.

10 Bolt

• Tightening specification => [ (Item 1) Screw ] Lower Seat Frame Assembly Overview

• Clean the threaded bolt holes for self-locking nuts, for example using a thread tap.
