HID Lamp Control Module

• Adjust the headlamps after performing any work that could have affected their adjustment.

CAUTION!
Danger to life due to high voltage.

Removing

- Remove headlamp. Refer to => [ Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp ] Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp.

- Remove the bolts - arrows -.





- Detach control unit from headlamp housing.

- Disconnect the adapter wire - 4 - and the connector - 3 - on the HID headlamp control module.

- Remove the HID headlamp control module.

Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to => [ HID Headlamps Assembly Overview ] HID Headlamps Assembly Overview.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Check seal - 2 - between gas discharge headlamp control module and headlamp housing for damage.

- Install the headlamp. Refer to => [ Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp ] Headlamp, when Reusing Current Headlamp.
