Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519), Removing and Installing

Removing

- If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided Functions".

- Select the function or path:





- Follow the instructions on the Vehicle Diagnosis Tester display.

- Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

- Remove lower instrument panel cover on driver's side.

- Remove nuts - arrows - and remove Vehicle Electrical System Control Module (J519) - item 2 -.





• Disregard item - 1 -.

- Unclip fuse panels - 4 through 6 -.





- Release securing bracket at connector - item 1 - and remove it.

- Disconnect electrical connectors - 2 - and - 3 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

- Install lower instrument panel cover on driver's side.
