Replacing Front Panel (On Heater - A/C System Control Panel)




64 11 738 - Replacing front panel (on heater - A/C system control panel)





Special tools required:
- 12 7 192 12 7 190 EPROM Tools / ID Marking





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove sensor blower for interior temperature Replacing Sensor Fan for Interior Temperature.





Caution!
Lay control panel on special tool 12 7 192 12 7 190 EPROM Tools / ID Marking (antistatic mat).





Carefully break out ribs of front panel (1).

Installation:
Make guides (2) are correctly seated.

Detach housing (3) in direction of arrow from front panel (4).

Installation:
Insert circuit board (5) into mountings (6).





Caution!
Do not touch main circuit board (1) and circuit board (2) with bare hands.

Detach main circuit board (1) at outer edges in direction of arrow from circuit board (2).

Installation:
Make sure pins (3) are correctly seated on board (2).
