The MS45.1 system is a further enhancement of the MS45 system currently used on M54 engines and manages the following functions: See Fig. 1

The basic engine management inputs, processes and outputs are not included here because they have not changed, refer to previous model series systems using Siemans MS 42 XXX controls.
