Power Seat Control Module: Service and Repair




61 35 080 - Removing and installing/replacing control unit/module for left or right seat adjustment





Special tools required:






Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against electrostatic damage (ESD protection) 61 35 ... Notes on ESD Protection (Electro Static Discharge)!





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front seat





Disconnect all plug connections (1).

Lever out control unit (2) in direction of arrow with special tool 00 9 317 and remove.

Installation Note:
Make sure control unit for seat adjustment (2) is correctly seated in mounting (3).





Replacement:

Carry out programming/coding Programming and Relearning.
