- Remove airbag unit 32 34 020 Removing and Installing/Replacing Airbag Unit

For purposes of clarity.
Picture shows steering wheel trim removed.

Remove steering wheel electronics control unit (1) in direction of arrow.

Disconnect plug connections behind.
Remove steering wheel electronics control unit (1).
