61 31 338 - Removing and installing/replacing grip trim for gear selector switch (ceramic application, control elements)





Special tools required:
- 00 9 322





Carefully unclip knob trim (1) with special tool 00 9 322 at points (2) from gear selector switch (3) and remove in direction of arrow.





Release screws (1) and remove carrier (2).

Tightening torque 61 31 4AZ .





Important!
Removed ceramic carrier (2) must not be reused.

Installation Note:
Engagement lugs (1) of ceramic carrier (2) must not be damaged.
