A/C Compressor Refrigerant Pressure Switch
The operation of this switch is controlled by high side refrigerant pressure. The switch is connected in the low side line near the condenser and, on vehicles equipped with V6-231 engines, in series with the A/C constant run relay. This normally closed switch opens when high side pressure drops below 25 psi.
