Fig. 2 Placing Crank Arm In Inner Wipe Position:

1. Remove module as previously outlined.
2. Remove two transmission socket screws, then remove socket from link ball.
3. Remove righthand, lefthand, and bellcrank mounting screws and remove transmission from module.
4. Connect new transmission to module.
5. Ensure wiper motor is inner wipe position, Fig. 2.
6. Using suitable tool, align holes in module and bellcrank and install transmission socket screws.
7. Ensure body seal is in proper place on righthand side of module and install wiper module as previously described.
8. Install passenger side wiper arm and blade. Measure from tip of blade to bottom edge of glass, ensuring distance is approximately 9-1/8 inches (231 mm), then tighten nut install protective cap and reconnect washer hose.
9. Install driver side wiper arm and blade. Measure from tip of blade to bottom edge of glass, ensuring distance is approximately 2 inches (53 mm), then tighten nut, install protective cap and reconnect washer hose.
10. Run wiper at high and low speeds with wet and tacky windshield, ensuring wiper parks properly and there is no interference between blades.
