Resume A Set Speed

Once the cruise control has been set at a desired speed with the SET button, the set speed is stored in the controllers memory. If the driver for any reason must apply the brake, the cruise control will disengage. The cruise control may be reset in the following manner:
1. Accelerate close to the desired speed 40 km/h (25 mph), or more.
2. Press the cruise control R/A switch (Resume/Accelerate) for about half a second.

The vehicle will now accelerate to and resume the previously set speed. If either the ignition switch, or the cruise ON/OFF switch is turned off, you will erase the cruise control memory.
