Scan Tool Data Definitions - Instrument Panel Module (IPM)

8 Digit GM Part Number: Scan tool displays: part number - Display indicates the part number of the IPM.

Calibration ID: Scan tool displays: number - Display indicates the 4 digit calibration ID of the IPM.

Interior Dim Pot: Scan tool displays: volts - Display indicates the IP dimmer switch input signal, 0.09- 4.75 volts is the normal operating rang.

Interior Lamp Switch: Scan tool displays: On/Off - Display indicates the state of the interior lamp switch.

PROM ID: Scan tool displays: number - Display indicates the 4 digit PROM ID of the IPM.

Twilight Delay Pot: Scan tool displays: volts - Display indicates the twilight delay switch input signal, 0.09-4.75 volts is the normal operating range.

Twilight Photocell: Scan tool displays: volts - Display indicates the ambient light sensor input signal, 0.09- 4.75 volts is the normal operating range.
