Radiator Pipe Replacement - Outlet

Removal Procedure




1. Drain the cooling system.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the radiator outlet pipe.
4. Remove the radiator outlet pipe bracket to transmission retaining bolt (3).
5. Remove the radiator outlet pipe bracket to thermostat housing retaining bolt (1).
6. Remove the radiator outlet pipe from the thermostat housing.

Important: Install a new O-ring to the radiator outlet pipe.

7. Remove the radiator outlet pipe O-ring from the radiator outlet pipe.

Installation Procedure





Important: Install a new O-ring to the radiator outlet pipe.

1. Install the radiator outlet pipe O-ring to the radiator outlet pipe.
2. Install the radiator outlet pipe to the thermostat housing.
3. Install the radiator outlet pipe bracket to transmission retaining bolt (3).
4. Install the radiator outlet pipe bracket to thermostat housing retaining bolt (1).
5. Install the radiator outlet hose from the radiator outlet pipe.
6. Install the air cleaner assembly.
7. Fill the cooling system.
