Heater Pipe Assembly

Heater Hose Routing - 2.2L:

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain coolant.
2. Heater core to pipe hose from heater pipe assembly.
3. Heater pipe to block hose at coolant outlet on engine.
4. Bolt and nuts retaining pipe to engine.
5. Heater pipe.

Install or Connect

1. Heater pipe assembly and retaining nuts/bolt.
2. Heater pipe-to-block hoses to pipe assembly.
3. Heater core to pipe hoses to heater pipe assembly.
4. Fill cooling system and check for leaks.
