Lumbar Pump Replacement

Lumbar Pump Replacement: Removal Procedure:




REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the seat.
2. Remove the rivet attaching the pump to the bracket on the seat.
3. Disengage the pump's rear mounting tabs from the seat and slide the pump forward.
4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
5. Disconnect the air hose connectors.
6. Remove the pump.

Lumbar Pump Replacement: Installation Procedure:




INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Connect the electrical connectors to the pump.
2. Connect the air hose connectors to the pump.
3. Hook the pump's rear mounting tabs to the underside of the seat.
4. Rivet the front of the pump to the bracket on the front of the seat.
5. Install the seat.
