Fastener Tightening Specifications - Cylinder Head
Cylinder Head Bolt Tightening Sequence:
Head Bolts Tighten the
cylinder head bolts sequentially in five steps.
1st step bolts 1-10 torque:
30 Nm (22 lb ft) 2nd step bolts 1-10 additional
76 degrees 3rd step bolts 1-8 additional
76 degrees 4th step bolts 9 and 10 additional
34 degrees 5th step bolts 11-15 torque
