REMOVAL
1. Air cleaner and duct assembly. Refer to Powertrain Management.
2. Battery.
3. Drain coolant. Service and Repair
4. Engine strut brace bolts from upper tie bar and rotate struts and braces rearward. Refer to Engine.

NOTE: To prevent shearing of rubber bushings loosen bolts on engine struts before swinging struts.

5. Electrical connectors from fans and clips.
6. Electric cooling fan mounting bolts and fans.
7. Radiator brackets mounting bolts.
8. Clamps from upper and lower hoses at radiator.
9. Low coolant module electrical connector and sensor. Refer to Powertrain Management.
10. Transaxle oil cooler lines from radiator. Refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
11. Radiator

INSTALLATION
1. Radiator to lower mounts.
2. Transaxle oil cooler lines to radiator. Refer to Transmission and Drivetrain.
3. Low coolant module and electrical connector.
4. Upper and lower hoses with clamps to radiator.
5. Radiator brackets and mounting bolts.
^ Tighten bolts to 24 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
6. Electric cooling fan and mounting bolts.
^ Tighten bolts to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
7. Electrical connectors to fans and clips.
8. Engine strut to proper position. Refer to Engine Mechanical.
9. Refill coolant.
10. Battery.
11. Air cleaner and duct assembly. Refer to Engine Controls Table of Contents.

NOTE: To properly fill a system that has been completely drained requires the use of the air bleed vents.

12. Finally inspect for leaks.
