Oil Level Sensor: Service and Repair






Removal Procedure

1. Raise the vehicle.

2. Drain the engine oil.

3. Disconnect the electrical connector from Engine Oil Level Switch.

4. Disconnect the Engine Oil Level Switch from the oil pan.


Installation Procedure

1. Connect the Engine Oil Level Switch.

Tighten

- Engine Oil Level Switch to 17-27 Nm (13-20 lb. ft.).

2. Lower the vehicle.

3. Add the engine oil to the correct level.
