Intake Manifold: Testing and Inspection
CLEAN AND INSPECT1. Remove the accelerator control cable bracket bolts.
2. Remove the accelerator control cable bracket.
3. Remove the throttle body bolts.
4. Remove the throttle body.
5. Remove the throttle body gasket.
6. Remove the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) bolts.
7. Remove the EGR tube assembly.
8. Remove the EGR gaskets.
9. Remove the EGR.
10. Clean the gasket surfaces.
11. Clean the manifold bolts.
12. Clean the manifold studs.
13. Install the EGR.
14. Install the EGR gaskets.
15. Install the EGR tube assembly.
16. Install the EGR bolts.
17. Install the throttle body gasket.
18. Install the throttle body.
19. Install the throttle body bolts.
20. Install the accelerator control cable bracket.
21. Install the accelerator control cable bracket bolts.
