1. Engine Oil Cooler Removal
ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL
1. Remove the oil cooler lines.
2. Remove the oil pressure sensor.
Important: The oil cooler cannot be flushed or otherwise cleaned of contamination. Replace the oil cooler if a mechanical condition is suspected that could cause the oil cooler to be contaminated.
3. Remove the oil cooler.
Important: The oil cooler includes the O-ring seals as a assembly. The seals are designed for re-use and should not be removed.
4. Remove the oil bypass tube.
