Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Disconnect the fuel hose from the fuel line.
2. Slide the left engine sight shield over the fuel hose.




3. Remove the left engine sight shield.




4. Remove the right engine sight shield.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect the fuel hose to fuel line.




2. Disconnect the fuel hose from the fuel rail.




3. Install the left engine sight shield.




4. Connect the fuel hose to fuel rail.




5. Lift up engine sight shield and install the fuel feed cup.




6. Install the left engine sight shield.




7. Install the right engine sight shield.
