Wiper Arm Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure




1. Raise the rear wiper arm finish cap to expose the wiper arm nut.
2. Remove the rear wiper arm nut (1).
3. Lift the rear wiper arm assembly (2) away from the rear window and remove the wiper arm from the pivot shaft.

Installation Procedure




1. Position wiper arm assembly (2) to the wiper shaft.
2. Align the wiper blade to the void in the rear window blackout.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

3. Install the rear wiper arm nut (1).

Tighten the nut to 13 N.m (10 lb ft).

4. Close the rear wiper arm finish cap.
5. Operate the rear wipers and inspect for proper operation.
