Disc Brake Backing Plate Replacement - Rear

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the wheel bearing/hub. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Rear.

Important: The backing plate is attached to the steering knuckle through the wheel bearing hub bolts.

2. Remove the backing plate from the steering knuckle.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the backing plate to the steering knuckle.
2. Install the wheel bearing/hub. Refer to Wheel Bearing/Hub Replacement - Rear.
