Composite Pickup Box Endgate Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the end gate from the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement .
2. Remove the handle assembly. Refer to Endgate Handle Replacement .




3. Remove the rosebud connectors at the bottom of the end gate.
4. Remove the pickup box end gate outer by tapping on the sides with a suitable tool.



Installation Procedure

1. Install the pickup box end gate outer by tapping on the sides with a suitable tool.




2. Install the rosebud connectors to the bottom of the end gate.
3. Install the handle assembly. Refer to Endgate Handle Replacement .
4. Install the end gate to the vehicle. Refer to Endgate Replacement .
