Information on Vehicles with a Stored History DTC C0055 Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit

Models:
2007 Chevrolet Suburban 2500 Series (3/4 Ton)
2007 GMC Yukon XL 2500 Series (3/4 Ton)





Technicians may find a stored history diagnostic trouble code (DTC) C0055 Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit in the electronic brake control module (EBCM). This code may set if a customer turns the ignition key from the RUN position to ACCESSORY and leaves it for more than 1 second. If there is no customer concern with the brake system, the DTC may be stored due to a software anomaly and no repairs are necessary.
