Transmission Vent Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement).
2. Use a hammer and a chisel in order to raise the transaxle vent seat off of the transaxle.




3. Use a flat-bladed tool in order to pry the transaxle vent (37) out of the transaxle.

Installation Procedure




1. Use a small hammer and a flat-bladed tool and tap down on the transaxle vent seat in order to install the transaxle vent (37).
2. Install the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement (Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement).
