Variable Induction Control Valve: Service and Repair
Fig 54 Retaining Clip:
REMOVAL 1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Disconnect electrical connector (Fig. 53).
3.
Remove manifold tuning valve mounting screws. Remove tuning valve.
INSTALLATION 1.
Install tuning valve.

Tighten mounting screws to
11 Nm (8 ft. lbs.) torque.
2.
Install electrical connector.
3.
Connect negative battery cable.
