Installation







INSTALLATION





1. Position the upper radiator support (1) to the front of the vehicle.
2. Install the six bolts (2) that secure the upper radiator support to the fenders. Tighten the bolts securely.
3. Install the bolt (6) that secures the support bracket (5) to the upper radiator support. Tighten the bolt securely.
4. If equipped, install the ambient temperature sensor (4) onto the support bracket Installation.
5. If removed, install the hood latch (3) onto the upper radiator support Hood Latch - Installation.
6. Install the upper grille Grille - Installation.
7. If removed, install the hood adjustment bumpers (7) to the upper radiator support Installation.
8. If removed, install the upper radiator mounting brackets (8) to the upper radiator support.
9. Install the rubber hood seal (9) onto the flange of the upper radiator support.
10. Verify hood alignment and latch operation. The hood should have even gaps aligned to 4 mm (0.160 in.) to the adjacent body panels.
