Sliding Door Module Door - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the interior door handle bezel.Removal.
3. Remove the upper rear molding assembly.
4. Remove the door trim panel.Removal.
5. Remove the door glass.Removal.
6. Remove the front latch screws.
7. Remove the rear latch screws.
8. Remove lower glass channel screws.




9. Disconnect the lower electrical connector.
10. Disconnect the exterior door handle cable.
11. Remove the hold open latch.Removal.
12. Remove the door module mounting fasteners (1).
13. Remove the door module (3) by lowering the front of the module and raising the rear while gently pulling the door module up and out.
