Pulse Air Injection Reactor (PAIR) Replacement

Fig. 32 Pulse Air Injection Reactor (PAIR) system:

1. Remove air cleaner assembly and disconnect vacuum hose from Pulse Air valve.
2. Disconnect support bracket, then loosen retaining nuts and remove Pulse Air valve.
3. Lightly lubricate Pulse Air valve tubes with oil.
4. Install Pulse Air valve. Torque nuts to 10---13 ft lbs.
5. Connect support bracket.
6. Connect vacuum hose to valve and install air cleaner assembly.
