Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Throttle Position Sensor Removal:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) electrical connector.
2. Remove mounting screws.
3. Remove wire harness bracket.
4. Remove TPS.

INSTALLATION
1. Install wiring harness bracket.
NOTE: Be sure that the TPS lever is on top of the throttle lever when installing the TPS.
2. Install the TPS.
3. Connect wiring connectors.
4. Adjust TPS. Adjustments
