Replacement

NOTE: Refer to Air Bags and Seat Belts/Air Bags (Supplemental Restraint Systems)/Service and Repair, to disable airbag before proceeding.
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove wiper arms, then the plastic cowl cover.
3. Remove pivot mounting stud retaining nuts and disconnect wiper motor wiring connector.
4. Remove motor mounting bracket retaining bolts, then the motor assembly from cowl plenum.
5. Reverse procedure to install.
