TYPE 1 Bosch 3 Anti-lock Brake System
TYPE 2 Bendix 6 Anti-lock Brake System
TYPE 3 Bendix 10 Anti-lock Brake System
TYPE 4 Anti-lock Brake System Used by Mitsubishi

Early 1990 production Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) equipped vehicles are equipped with the Bosch 3 Anti-lock Brake System. Later production models are equipped with the Bendix 10 ABS.

Vehicles with Anti-Lock Brake System can be identified by the amber ANTI-LOCK warning lamp located in the instrument cluster.
