Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Ensure (ECU) power supply is left ON until checking is completed.
1. Connect a voltmeter between ground and auto-cruise control terminal of diagnosis harness connector, located on lower left side of instrument panel.

2. There are up to six cruise control related diagnostic codes, including one for normal condition. Check voltmeter readings with display patterns shown, then refer to the appropriate Circuit Tests. Fault codes indicated by an asterisk can be caused by an intermittent condition. Check related connectors and wiring circuits.
